Aston Martin Vantage V12 Roadster

The V12 Vantage Roadster puts its own contemporary twist on Aston Martin’s long tradition of open-top sportscars. Explicit in looks and deeds it makes a clear visual statement of intent, which it then backs-up with truly blistering performance.

Exterior

How V12 Vantage looks and how it performs are indelibly linked. The 40mm wider body houses a wide track chassis for supreme cornering performance and stability. The powerful rear diffuser increases grip and reduces drag. Extensive use of carbon fibre finishes, the optional assertive rear wing and twinned central exhausts complete the picture and make sure that its appearance is as memorable as its ability.

Interior

Offered as standard, the Halo Sports Plus Seat, trimmed in full semi-aniline leather, crowns the cockpit of V12 Vantage Roadster. For ultimate command, a new lightweight, patented carbon-fibre performance seat with exposed twill carbon-fibre can also be selected, saving a further 7.3kg, providing precision control, performance and comfort.

Engineering and Performance

The final scene is always dramatic. A 700PS V12. The most powerful 12-cylinder engine that has ever, and will ever, be fitted to a Vantage Roadster.

Slipstream Sculpting

Hair-raising, air-curving, slipstream sculpting. From the moment the atmosphere enters the front grille until the instant it’s expelled through the optional rear wing, V12 Vantage Roadster takes active control of its own air flow. Bending and manipulating it to meet its specific requirements. From providing cooling to the engine and brakes needed to eat their own heat or supplying the 216kg of downforce, with the optional aerodynamic package, required to keep the car grounded at 200 miles an hour, enhancing grip and stability at speed.
